Under the conditions of 23℃ and -55℃, its properties in terms of tensile strength (GB/T 1040.2-2006), flexural strength (GB/T 9341-2008), notched impact strength of simply supported beam (GB/T 1043.1-2008), and artificial light aging resistance (GB/T 16422.2-2014) have all met the test index standards of the railway industry, and are perfectly compatible with the stringent specifications in the public transportation field.

      In 2024, In response to the rail transit industry's new requirement for low-temperature impact resistance in sidewall panels, we collaborated with partners to develop a solution that successfully meets the testing standards of high-speed rail R&D centers.

Train Carriage Interior Components

Aerospace-grade flame-retardant composite panels replace traditional materials, reducing weight by 30%-50%. They also possess impact resistance (e.g., protection against flying stone impacts) and have obtained flame-retardancy certification (such as the EN 45545-2 railway fire safety standard), minimizing fire risks.

Train Carriage Interior Lighting System

It is used for folding tablets and seat back liners. Its flame-retardant performance can effectively delay the spread of fire, while its surface is easy to clean and scratch-resistant.

Seat Assemblies and Tablets

LED Lamp Shades and Light Guide Plates:

They feature high light transmittance (up to over 90%) and flame retardancy, preventing combustion caused by overheating of circuits. Meanwhile, they are UV aging-resistant, making them suitable for long-term outdoor operation

Halogen-free flame-retardant PC boards (Polycarbonate boards), with their unique material properties and strict safety certifications, have become a core choice for "replacing glass with plastic" and "replacing steel with plastic" in subway construction.


A halogen-free flame-retardant PC board has a light transmittance of 88% to 92%, and its impact resistance is 250 times that of glass, which can effectively prevent fragmentation risks caused by passenger congestion or external impacts. Its surface nanoscale wear-resistant coating can resist daily scratches and reduce maintenance frequency.


The material achieves self-extinguishing properties through phosphorus-based or nitrogen-based flame retardants, with no halogen release during combustion, complying with EU environmental directives such as RoHS and REACH.
